Diamond Exchange offers free shipping for any orders within Australia. All orders will be delivered within three weeks from the day you place your order.

International Shipping
For shipping outside of Australia, simply drop us an email at sales@diamondexchange.com.au. For urgent requests, please call 1300 539 357 to speak with one of our highly qualified Diamond Exchange consultants.
Order Tracking
Your shipment will come with an accompanying tracking code so you can monitor the status of your order. Visit tnt.com.au and enter in the provided tracking code to verify your package’s status.
Delayed Parcels
In the rare case that your shipment has not arrived on time, you have two options:
