At Diamond Exchange, we accept international orders from all around the world. While we are unable to set standard shipping rates for international orders, simply fill in our contact form or email us at sales@diamondexchange.com.au to get an estimation for your shipping and handling fees.
As an international customer, you will not need to pay the local Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Diamond Exchange customers will only need to pay for freight, handling and shipping costs. (International taxes and duties may be incurred.)

International Order Tracking
International orders made with Diamond Exchange are delivered with FedEx Express, the world’s largest express transportation company. Providing fast and reliable delivery to all U.S. addresses and more than 220 countries and territories around the world, FedEx utilises a global air-and-ground network to speed up the delivery of time-sensitive shipments.
Your shipment will come with an accompanying tracking code so you can monitor the status of your order. Simply visit FedEx Express’s Track page and enter your tracking code so you’ll know exactly where your parcel is at any point in time.
Delayed Parcels

Returns
If, for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Diamond Exchange has a 30-Day Return Policy that allows you to return it to us subject to several conditions. Please ensure that you have your purchase order number before contacting us.

International Taxes and Duties
Please note that international customs regulations specify that any goods imported into a country may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are to be covered by the recipient of the goods (in this case, the customer). We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
Shipping Restrictions
Occasionally, Diamond Exchange may not be able to send certain items overseas because of certain distribution agreements.
