At Diamond Exchange, we offer exquisite diamond rings and loose diamonds of top-grade quality at competitive prices. However, if you believe you have found the same size and quality diamond elsewhere at a better price, we will not only match but also beat the price.

Price-Beat Policy Details

Diamond Exchange will beat the price of a competitor’s diamond if we deem they are both identical in size and quality. The two diamonds will be compared using the following criteria:

• Cut quality: Based on dimensions, table and depth percentages
• Clarity: The type and position of inclusions will be taken into consideration
• Polish
• Symmetry
• Colour
• Fluorescence

Do note that the competitor's quote must be available to any member of the public and not stated as a unique discount/promotion. To be eligible for Diamond Exchange’s price-beat offer, you must supply one of the following for our reference:

• A competitor's written quote, with a copy of the grading report, or,
• A link to a website, or,
• A published price offer.

If the competitor's diamond is not identical to the one offered by Diamond Exchange, we could also go that one step further and help you find a diamond similar to the one you have found.
