Who chooses the engagement ring design?

Traditionally the gentleman would chose an engagement ring and arrange a romantic proposal. Today more and more engagement rings are selected and designed by the lady. This is possibly a more practical approach, as she will be the person wearing the engagement ring. Diamond Exchange Ltd. has designed an elegant proposal capsule for an ICE diamond that allows the gentleman to propose with the diamond, but alsocaters for the lady to design her own engagement ring.

The Budget
You will need to create a practical budget for your engagement ring. Over time it has become a tradition for engagement rings to be budgeted at approximately two months salary.

Choosing a diamond is the most important decision you will need to make.
