At Diamond Exchange, we offer free shipping for any orders within Australia. Your order will be delivered within three weeks from the day you place your order.

Order Tracking

Your shipment will come with an accompanying tracking code. Visit Australia Post and enter the tracking code to monitor your order.

Delayed Parcels

In the rare case your shipment has not arrived on time, you have two options:

2. Or call the Auspost Platinum Express Customer Service Helpline on 13 POST (13 7678).
