Should your purchase have a manufacturing fault, simply provide your proof of purchase and we will repair it free-of-charge, provided it has not been:

• Damaged due to mishandling or inappropriate use (exposing ring to hard blows, rough work, heavy sporting activities, etc),
• Altered, resized, engraved or repaired by any external parties other than Diamond Exchange
