FREE 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

At Diamond Exchange we offer a Free 30 Day Return Policy. If, for any reason, you happen to be dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us subject to the following terms:

• The item is returned within 30 days from the date of dispatch from Diamond Exchange to you.
• The item must contain a diamond over .30ct and under 2.50ct, and must conform to the quality range recommended by Diamond Exchange - Colour: D-G, Clarity: VS1-SI1, Cut: Ideal to Excellent, Polish: Excellent (or VG for non-round diamonds), Symmetry: Excellent  (or VG for non-round diamonds), Fluorescence: Nil. (All gradings in accordance with the diamond's GIA certification.)
• The setting has NOT been customised.
• The item is returned in its original condition with all accompanying certificates and guarantees.
• The ring cannot have any engravings.
• The policy excludes loose diamonds.
• The policy excludes wedding rings.
