Quality Assurance Policy

Our diamond rings and jewellery undergo rigorous quality control assessments to ensure they meet exceptionally high standards. With confidence, we provide a warranty against any manufacturing defects.

If you are experiencing issues with your piece, don't hesitate to contact us so we can assist you further.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault, provide the documentation for your purchase, and we will conduct repairs or replacements at no cost, provided the item is not damaged due to:

  • Wear-and-tear damage resulting from normal everyday use.
  • Damage due to neglect in regular assessments & obtaining necessary repairs to maintain the item's integrity.
  • Mishandling or inappropriate use (such as exposure to hard blows, rough work, heavy sporting activities, etc).
  • Alterations, resizing, engraving, or repairs performed by external entities other than DX.

Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • The natural wear of precious metals: Over time, precious metals, especially prongs, naturally wear down and may require restoration work as part of regular use.
  • Prong wear and tear: Prongs can catch, wear out, or bend over time due to everyday use or normal damage, potentially leading to a gemstone falling out.
  • Gemstone loss: When the loss of a gemstone is caused by damage from everyday wear or other external factors.

These issues are often associated with jewellery's normal usage and aging rather than indicative of a manufacturing process flaw.

For further clarification or to discuss this policy with one of our consultants, please don't hesitate to contact us via phone or email.
